What do the international attendees of a business conference, families spending their precious summer vacations together and a new couple embarking on a new romance, all have in common? They all need a Hotel Manager to take care of them and ensure that they all have the most enjoyable experience possible.
AUSBILDUNG PROGRAMS
HOTEL MANAGEMENT

CHEF
The key to any successful restaurant is a well-qualified Chef. This ‘Ausbildung’ program will teach students how to create the perfect menu for any event, as well as educate them on the most suitable ingredients for every season – from Winter all the way to the following Summer.
Beyond sourcing the best recipes, students will also learn how to correctly store, prepare and of course serve each dish to the best quality.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Whether the occasion be a big family dinner, an important business meeting or just a classic Sunday brunch – people just love to visit a good restaurant. However, just as important as the food is the organization and warmth of the service provided.
Here is where the Restaurant Manager steps in. This key member of staff is responsible for providing the best dining experience for the customer, as well as maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. Students of this particular ‘Ausbildung’ will learn these skills, in addition to gaining valuable front and back-of-house training.

For modern-day nursing, it is also vital that all medical practitioners are technologically literate enough to use computers, tablets and E-health machines in order to monitor a patient’s condition.
Nursing ‘Ausbildung’ programmes will teach students sought-after skills in patient rehabilitation and therapy, how to keep-up with the latest medical technology, as well as general medical and nursing care.
Important Note: Since January 2020, paediatric (child-care), adult and geriatric nursing will form part of the same ‘Ausbildung’ programme. Students will now be trained in all three areas, so that they later have the option of working as a nurse in child-care, a hospital or care home.
NURSE
Even before these strange times, Germany has been in desperate need of qualified Nurses who can administer personal hygiene, measure blood pressure, change bandages, help patients eat and support patients during leisure activities.
Whether a nurse works in a hospital or care home, they are also expected to monitor the patient’s condition, assist doctors during examinations, document the course of a patient’s illness and prepare them for operations.
