Data processing as part of the provision of services

When contacting us (e.g. via the contact form, email, telephone or via social media), the details of the inquiring person are processed insofar as this is necessary to answer the contact inquiries and any requested measures (e.g. names, addresses, email, Telephone numbers, text input).
The answering of contact inquiries in the context of contractual or pre-contractual relationships takes place in order to fulfill our contractual obligations or to answer (pre) contractual inquiries (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit.b.DSGVO) and otherwise on the basis of legitimate interests in answering inquiries (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f. We process data from our contractual and business partners, e.g. customers and interested parties (collectively referred to as “contractual partners”) in the context of contractual and comparable legal relationships as well as related measures and in the context of communication with the contractual partners (or pre-contractual), e.g. to answer inquiries answer. We use software services accessible via the Internet and executed on the servers of their providers (so-called “cloud services”) for the following purposes: document storage and administration, calendar management, sending e-mails, spreadsheets and presentations, exchanging documents, content and information with certain recipients or publication of websites, forms or other content and information as well as chats and participation in audio and video conferences.

Data collection on our website
Server log files
